Two months after they announced their split after more than two years of marriage, Ryan Reynolds and Scarlett Johansson are both moving on – but with very different types of people.
Johansson has been spending time with Hollywood heavyweight and activist Sean Penn, while Reynolds has been spotted getting cozy with a more low-profile lady, model Agnes Fischer.
Reynolds, 35, and Fischer were recently seen together in South Africa, where he's filming Safe House. And while Fischer is relatively unknown, the size-six German model has an impressive resumé. Here are 5 things to know about her.
She's Diverse
The 5'8" blonde has been in ads for Bebe, Reebok, Sure deodorant and Adidas sportswear. She also graced the cover of Shape magazine in 2007, the U.K.'s Health & Fitness magazine the following year, and has appeared on several covers of South Africa's Runner's World magazine.
She's Outdoorsy
Fischer stays in tip-top shape by participating many sports. "I do running, cycling (race & mountain bike), scuba-diving, climbing, snowboarding, skiing, inline-skating, yoga, aerobics," she writes on her Web site.

She's Been Banned by MTV
Reynolds isn't the first celebrity to brush elbows with Fischer. Last year, the model appeared in 30 Seconds to Mars's 13-minute bondage-themed music video for "Hurricane," which was banned by MTV in December for being too explicit. In the video, Fischer stabs, handcuffs and kisses Shannon Leto, brother of the band's lead singer Jared Leto.
She's a Small-Town Girl
The beauty often works winters as a model in South Africa – where she was spotted with Reynolds – but Fischer is German, born in the small Bavarian town of Furth im Wald (population only 9,045).
She's a Pisces
Fischer reportedly turns 25 this week, on Friday, March 11.
As for Fischer and Reynolds, reps have yet to comment on their relationship.

Julianne Moore to play Sarah Palin in new U.S. TV movie

She was nominated this year for a BAFTA and Golden Globe Award for her performance playing a lesbian matriarch in The Kids Are All Right.
But Julianne Moore is set to take on a very different role - that of vice presidential candidate and Alaskan governor Sarah Palin. 
The 50-year-old four time Oscar nominee has signed on to play the presidential running mate in a TV adaptation of the best-selling book Game Change for HBO.

According to Entertainment Weekly, Game Change will be directed by Jay Roach - who directed Meet The Parents, and written by Danny Strong, who previously teamed up for HBO's docudrama Recount, which focused on the aftermath of the 2000 election.

 

The film will follow the 2008 presidential campaign between John McCain and Barack Obama.
No other cast members have been announced but with Jay Roach attached to the project it is likely to be an all-star cast.

Normal day: Julianne was spotted out and about near her home in New York yesterday

As the announcement was being made, Julianne was spotted out and about in New York.
Dressed casually in jeans, a grey wool jacket and layered scarves, she appeared glum as she walked through her Manhattan neighbourhood.
Just last week it was revealed that she has placed her luxurious West Side townhouse on the market for a whopping $12.5 million.
Julianne has recently gained praise for her award-winning film The Kids Are All Right.
The film was been nominated for best picture at the Oscars while her co-stars Mark Ruffalo and Annette Bening were up for best supporting actor and best actress respectively.
Moore says the film, which focuses on a lesbian couple raising two children, made her reflect on her own family values.

She saunters around in a low-cut dress dripping in diamonds and fur and at one point slips into a thigh-skimming negligee.
But despite Megan Fox's efforts to impress on screen, her new film Passion Play is already a flop.
The 24-year-old actress' movie premiered at the Toronto Film Festival in September but is now being released - straight to DVD.

They are yet confirm their romance but new couple Eva Longoria and Eduardo Cruz were caught in a passionate lip lock in public recently.

The pair, who have been together for a few months now, were snapped sharing a heated kiss as they lunched at the Chateau Marmont in Hollywood on Monday.

After months of incognito dates, Longoria and Eduardo, who is the brother of Spanish actress Penelope Cruz, finally looked comfortable to be photographed in public together.

The 'Desperate Housewives' star seemed to be more relaxed in the new relationship now, after her ex-husband Tony Parker apparently gave his blessing two weeks ago, saying, "She can do whatever she wants."

The couple have been dating since December, a month after the actress announced her split from San Antonio Spurs basketball player Parker.

The Texas-raised actress was first spotted with the 25-year-old Spanish singer at her Los Angeles restaurant Beso in October - before she had gone public with her marriage split.

'Black Swan': A gorgeous nightmare

'Black Swan' is at once gorgeous and gloriously nutso, a trippy, twisted fantasy that delights and disturbs in equal measure.

Darren Aronofsky takes the same stripped-down fascination with, and appreciation for, the minutiae of preparation that he brought to his Oscar-nominated 'The Wrestler' -- the best film of 2008, according to yours truly -- and applies it to the pursuit of a different kind of artistry: ballet. All the intimate, behind-the-scenes moments are there, the matter-of-fact glimpses of the tricks that go into the performance as well as the toll this demanding activity takes on the body.
But then the director mixes in a wildly hallucinatory flair as 'Black Swan' enters darker psychological territory. Working with his frequent cinematographer, Matthew Libatique, and incorporating some dazzling visual effects, Aronofsky spins a nightmare scenario within a seemingly gentle, pristine world. The camera swoops and swoons, making us feel as off-kilter as the film's tormented heroine. The visions and dreams soar seriously over-the-top at times, but always knowingly so, and with great style; 'Black Swan' wallows in its grandiosity, and if you're willing to go along with it, you'll find yourself wowed by one of the best films of the year.
Natalie Portman gives it her all, physically and mentally, in a brave and demanding performance as Nina, a driven New York City ballerina who has zero life outside of dance. Portman had studied ballet growing up, but 'Black Swan' required a grueling regimen of training five hours a day, everyday, for 10 months before production even began.
Innocently enduring a sheltered existence with her smothering mother, Erica (a deeply creepy Barbara Hershey), a former ballet dancer herself now living vicariously through her daughter, Nina is stuck in a state of arrested development. She's immensely talented and dedicated but still a child inside, as evidenced by the fluffy stuffed bunnies that populate her girly-pink bedroom, and the way her mommy still tucks her in at night.

When it comes time to stage a bold, new production of "Swan Lake," the company's artistic director (a skeevy and manipulative Vincent Cassel) thinks Nina is perfect to play the White Swan. But he needs a dancer who also can portray the fierce sexuality of the Black Swan. Enter Lily (Mila Kunis), a savvy and confident newcomer who represents Nina's biggest threat to getting the lead role. So yes, the script from Mark Heyman and Andres Heinz and John McLaughlin does have its obvious influences -- 'The Red Shoes', 'The Turning Point' and 'All About Eve' among them -- and yet 'Black Swan' emerges as a fascinating entity all its own.
Nina snags the part, with Lily as her understudy. The two women don't exactly become friends but achieve a sort of competitive symbiosis; the deeper Nina gets into rehearsals, the more she sees Lily in her mind, both as a frightening force and as the kind of woman she'd like to be. The fact that Portman and Kunis resemble each other in features and stature greatly enhances this effect -- and yes, the hotly anticipated love scene between the two is indeed hot.
But Nina also sees her body transforming, morphing grotesquely as she finds both the white and black swans within herself, with the romantic but rough ballet costumes from the fashion designers known as Rodarte almost becoming an extension of her body. Or does she? By blending realism with fantastical elements, Aronofsky continuously keeps us guessing as to what's actually happening and what's a figment of Nina's imagination.
One thing's for certain, though: 'Black Swan' will leave you feeling stunned as you leave the theater. And humming Tchaikovsky.

Depp praises Jolie's parenting skills

Actor Johnny Depp has praised Angelina Jolie's 'shockingly great' parenting skills, saying he would probably be in prison if he had to cope with as much as she does.

The Tourist actor admits his co-star in the movie, who raises six children, Maddox (nine), Pax (six), Zahara (five), Shiloh (four) and two-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne, with her partner Brad Pitt, does a fantastic job of juggling her mothering duties with her career, reports a website.

"She is such a versatile, wonderful person who can portray anything. She is a down to earth, clever, funny, woman and shockingly great mother," he said.

"She is very calm even if she's surrounded by paparazzi. I don't know what I would do. I could have been in prison by now," he added.

Spielberg buys rights to WikiLeaks book

Hollywood film mogul Steven Spielberg has bought the rights to the story of the WikiLeaks saga, the Guardian reported on Wednesday.

The Guardian was one of the five original media outlets used by WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange to publicise the tranche of thousands of classified US documents relating to the Iraq and Afghanistan wars, and diplomatic cables.
A book based on the story of the covert leaks, and controversial figurehead Assange, has been published by The Guardian, and the rights to the book have now been purchased by Spielberg, the paper reported.
The likely future movie of the book will be made by DreamWorks, the studio founded by Spielberg and others in 1994.
The news of a possible film comes despite a fresh controversy surrounding Assange, who is awaiting extradition to Sweden on rape charges.
Assange, who fell out with the Guardian after the publication, rang the editor of the British satirical magazine Private Eye last month to complain about his treatment by the paper.
In the course of that conversation, the editor of Private Eye Ian Hislop writes in the new edition of the magazine, Assange said Guardian editor Alan Rusbridger and investigations editor David Leigh there was a conspiracy against him, and both were Jewish.
Informed that Rusbridger was not Jewish, Assange reportedly told Hislop "forget the Jewish thing".
Assange later released a statement via Twitter, saying: "Hislop has distorted, invented or misremembered almost every significant claim and phrase.
"In particular, 'Jewish conspiracy' is completely false, in spirit and in word. It is serious and upsetting," he said.
Assange is still in Britain, where his lawyers are appealing the decision to grant his extradition to Sweden.
