Michaele Salahi is doing a Playboy shoot, TMZ reports, and she's going 'full-frontal, birthday suit naked.' Salahi's rep tells us the shoot will go down later this month -- and Michaele is "very excited" about posing down.No doubt Salahi, 44, could use the money she may earn from posing. She and her husband Tareq are being sued for unpaid fees by a PR firm.
We're told Playboy honchos have not yet determined whether or not Salahi will get the cover ... but she would "love it."
She's previously done a bikini shoot for In Touch magazine.
