Jessica and husband Cash Warren welcomed their second daughter, Haven, to the world last month.
But The Fantastic Four star - who also has a three-year-old daughter Honor, is already starting exercise in a bid to get back her figure following her latest pregnancy.
She has even been handing out workout tips after fans contacted her on Twitter for advice.
The actress tweeted last week: 'I did my first day of workout since I had the baby, just cardio for 40 mins -it's a start.
'Anyone else starting a fitness regimen?'

She explained her workout consisted of exercise bike and elliptical machine, and suggested new mothers do a mix of interval training, circuit training with light weights, and plyometrics.
And when one fa thanked her for motivating her to work off her own baby weight she replied: 'awesome let's do it together. I could use the motivation as well.'
She even explained that she had received medical advice that it would be beneficial to hit the gym to help her get back on he feet.
The Dark Angel star said: 'My doc told me I could start after 2 weeks. I'm going light, stationary bike and elliptical.'
