Rihanna's Sexy Vogue Cover Shoots Her to Top of Internet Hot List

Which celebs were up and which were down on the Internet this week?
Making her debut in the top slot thanks to a curiosity-sparking magazine feature,  Rihanna was the big draw when it comes to Internet interest over the past seven days.
Joining the Barbadian beauty as a hot topic this past week were a scandal-plagued  Vanessa Hudgens, as well as “Blow” hitmaker Ke$ha and the always popular  Justin Bieber.

She’s always one of the most intriguing celebrities, and Rihanna was the queen of the web after a headline-dominating cover shoot and interview for Vogue magazine’s April 2011 issue. Adding even more buzz, the “Umbrella” songstress was snapped by paparazzi this week as she left a rumored Rolling Stone photo shoot, of which she tweeted, “Just wrapped my photoshoot! Mama is a Rolling Stone! Love u RihannaNavy! We fackin it up! I see yall representin wit S&M! Get S&M on itunes!”
Just behind her on the GossipCenter Hot 45 List was “High School Musical” actress Vanessa Hudgens, who once again became the victim of a hacker releasing racy nude pics around the web. The 22-year-old has been at the top of the searches ever since, while also being spotted on a motorcycle cruise with rumored new romantic interest  Josh Hutcherson.
Joining Hudgens as a hot topic was “Baby” teen sensation Justin Bieber, as the oh-so-popular Canadian was the fourth highest viewed star on the Hot 45 List. A mainstay in gossip columns, highlights of the week include Justin being barricaded inside a Liverpool hotel due to an unmanageable crowd outside, a wax figure unveiling and the release of his "That Should Be Me" video with Rascal Flatts.
Shooting up the Hot 45 List this time around was singer  Ke$ha, who rose from the 89th spot all the way up to number nine. While she certainly has star power, her most recent leap is thanks to the 24-year-old’s recent appearance on an Australian beach in a seriously granny-looking bikini.
Not seeing the same luck in the GossipCenter Hot 45 List rankings was  Taylor Momsen, who saw her star fall from 14th all the way down to 149th. The “Gossip Girl” actress-turned-punk rocker eluded coverage as she tours the States with her Pretty Reckless bandmates. Nonetheless, the 17-year-old is just one crazy outfit away from boosting her currently lower-tiered status back to the top of pack.
