The Gossip Girl star looked casual chic in a rolled gray wool blazer when she was spotted buying a Reach by Design toothbrush at a CVS. Blake – who was recently named the new face of Chanel’s Mademoiselle handbag line – paired her blazer with a cute brown chapeau, knit tights and a green Chanel purse.
