Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher 'gearing up for $290 million divorce'

DEMI Moore and Ashton Kutcher have reportedly been living apart for months as the power couple is expected to battle it out in a bitter $290 million divorce case.

The couple, who have been married for nearly six years, have been living apart after Kutcher's penchant for cheating, according to Star magazine.
"It was definitely a long time coming, but they're finally done for good," an insider told the magazine.
Moore, 48, and Kutcher, 33, have been living on the opposite coasts for months - with Kutcher filming Two and a Half Men in Los Angeles and Moore working on her upcoming movie Magic Mike in New York.

A source told Star that the couple were "just putting on a show until they officially split."
An insider revealed that Kutcher's cheating was what ended the marriage, saying "Demi's finally ready to move on."
Star reported that Kutcher's relationship with a sexy blonde university student was the final straw and that the marriage had weathered another case of infidelity when the actor bedded Brittney Jones just before the couple's fifth wedding anniversary.
Last year, Star magazine reported that Kutcher and Jones had sex on the actor's couch after meeting at a bowling alley.
With the marriage essentially over, the couple will spend plenty of time arguing over their $US300 million ($306 million) in assets, the magazine reported.
Already worth $US140 million, Kutcher will make $US700,000 an episode for Men, making him the highest-paid actor on TV. Moore, meanwhile, is worth $US150 million and has seen her stock fade over the past few years.
Sources speculated the couple should have split years ago.
"They've been faking it for the cameras for way too long," said an insider. "They both need to be honest with themselves and finally tell the world."
Tongues were wagging this week when Moore stepped out solo at the New York Lifetime premiere of Five looking even skinnier than usual.
She also posted an ominous tweet quoting Greek philosopher Epictetus, "When we are offended at any man's fault, turn to yourself & study your own failings. Then you will forget your anger," she wrote last week.
Representatives for Moore and Kutcher did not respond to requests for comment.

It said it was given the information by ‘multiple friends of the 23-year-old woman’, named by another website as Sara Leal.

She has reportedly hired a top Hollywood lawyer and gone into hiding.
It is the second time in a year that Kutcher, 33, has been accused of cheating on  48-year-old Miss Moore.
The latest alleged encounter happened on the 12th floor of the Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego, California, in the early hours of Saturday – the Hollywood couple’s sixth wedding anniversary.

Kutcher and the woman had apparently been partying at a club in the city. One fellow clubgoer said: ‘Ashton didn’t look like someone who was celebrating a wedding anniversary.’

U.S. website thedirty.com named the woman as Miss Leal and claimed she wanted £160,000 for her version of events.

It added that ‘Kutcher told Sara Leal that him [sic] and Demi Moore are separated and the public doesn’t know yet.’

Kutcher’s bodyguard was also said to have taken Miss Leal’s mobile phone before she entered the hotel room.

On that same night, the eve of their anniversary, Moore was tweeting from the East Coast, where she is temporarily based.

She shared a quote from Greek philosopher Epictetus on September 23, writing: 'When we are offended at any man's fault, turn to yourself and study your own failings. Then you will forget your anger.'

Three days later, the star, who has lost weight in recent weeks, posted a picture of herself looking forlorn, with the caption: 'I see through you.'

In other messages this month, she said she was 'trying to find the light I lost.'
The claims emerged as Star magazine, a U.S. supermarket tabloid, reported: ‘Ashton and Demi have separated and the marriage is over.’

A source close to the pair reportedly added: ‘The relationship ended because of Ashton’s serial cheating. It’s a painful time for Demi.’ Kutcher was first accused of  infidelity in September last year, when Brittney Jones, 21, said she had sex with the actor at the Beverly Hills home he shares with his wife while she was away.

She told Star: ‘He looked over our texts and said he wanted me to delete all the messages from him. He then told me he wanted me to delete the texts I had sent to him. He said they could hurt him.’

At the time, the couple, who are worth  an estimated £95million, brushed off the allegations.

Kutcher, who recently took over Charlie Sheen’s role in hit U.S. TV series Two And A Half Men, wrote on Twitter: ‘I think Star magazine calling me a “cheater” qualifies as defamation of character. I hope my lawyer agrees.’

He added: ‘Star magazine – you don’t get to stand behind “freedom of the press” when you are writing fiction.’ Kutcher’s spokesman also denied the allegation while Miss Moore tweeted ‘Excellent point my love!’

Miss Moore, who was previously married to Bruce Willis, started dating Kutcher in 2003. They married two years later.

But this year they spent their anniversary apart. Miss Moore was in New York to promote a short film which she has directed called Five, while Kutcher headed to San Diego to party with fellow actor Danny Masterson.

Representatives of Miss Moore and Kutcher have not commented.

After finding herself at the receiving end of Paris Hilton's stroke of generosity last Sunday, this beggar woman, tragically, has not even a penny to show for it.

MiD DAY had photographed 22-year-old Ishika's windfall moment on Sunday evening, when the visiting heiress spotted her, and magnanimously handed over a $100 bill to her -- a bill that could have brought the poor woman many an elusive joy. When her relatives began assaulting her to rob her of her gift, Ishika's brother-in-law tore the note to shreds. And thus was Ishika's fairy tale cut short by the sordid, grinding realities of existence. 



After receiving the bill that had the potential to afford her some elusive luxuries, Ishika handed over the note to her brother-in-law, requesting him to get it exchanged for the corresponding value of Indian currency (approx Rs 5,000) the following day. Back at the shanty near Goregaon railway station, where she lives with her extended family, her relatives began to bicker among each other for the note. Some even assaulted her brother-in-law to wangle the note forcefully from him.

Frustrated with the squabbles, Ishika's irate brother-in-law tore it to shreds.

Ishika said, "On Sunday evening, we were begging as usual outside a mall in Andheri. Suddenly I saw a foreigner, and was about to approach her for money. But she called me herself, and handed over the note. At first, I didn't know what to do, as the note looked strange. I asked several people on the road if they could give me change in return for it. That's when I came to know that the note was called a dollar. I gave the note to my brother-in-law and asked him to get it exchanged for the correct notes on Monday, for our use. But as soon as we returned home, all our relatives began demanding that we share the money with them, even though I told them it was a gift. Some of our relatives started beating us up, trying to grab the note.

Seeing that the note was destroying the peace of the household, my brother-in-law got really angry and tore it up into pieces."

Ishika's brother-in-law said, "I was holding the bill in my hand, and was full of rage when I saw that all the members of our community were assaulting us, so they could have the note. My sister-in-law did not want to share it with everyone, as the foreigner had gifted it to her of her own accord. Seeing the confusion and unhappiness caused by the money, I tore it up. I regret my action, now that I know what the value of that note was."

'I want to change people's opinion of me': Tamara Ecclestone reveals her new project

Tamara Ecclestone is doing some building work. It’s not only her new £45 million mansion that’s getting a complete overhaul, but her pampered princess image as well. The daughter of billionaire F1 boss Bernie, she wants for nothing money can buy, but will her new reality TV show earn her the public respect she craves?

'People think I'm content to live off my dad's money. It's a shame their opinion of me is so negative,' says Tamara Ecclestone

What does a girl whose daddy is worth in excess of £2 billion do? Well, Tamara Ecclestone is going into the construction business. Project one – the total refurbishment of her new £45 million home in Kensington, West London. And project two – constructing a new image for herself. Out with the ‘socialite’, ‘It-girl’, ‘party princess’ and all those other phrases that basically mean pampered airhead. In with the career girl.
Both Ecclestone overhauls are taking place on camera, in the form of a reality television show, Tamara Ecclestone: Billion $$ Girl, which airs on Channel 5 in November. The cameras are already following her everywhere, even today on our photo shoot. In the show we’ll watch Tamara doing up her new house using an interior designer flown in from the States and an army of builders. While the renovation may take two years, in some ways project two – the rebranding of Tamara Ecclestone (daughter of the 80-year-old Formula 1 titan Bernie and former model Slavica, herself worth £734 million, and big sister to socialite Petra) – is the more challenging.
The problem is that, like it or not, with her father a multibillionaire, Tamara is completely loaded. We meet at her Chelsea pad where she’s lived for the past five years and has a Ferrari parked outside, a driveway turntable so she doesn’t have to reverse her car, an atrium pool, a statement staircase, acres of marble and silk and various staff hovering about. Tamara is in pink fluffy slippers, track pants and vest top and carries her latest pooch – her fifth, a chihuahua called Duke – under her arm. She’s just bought him a ramp to help him get on to her bed, she says. She puts Duke down for a second to have a sniff of some shampoo samples from her forthcoming haircare range. ‘Oh, now look! I’ve got hairy boobs!’ she suddenly exclaims.
I survey the scene and ask, if Tamara really wants to change people’s opinion of her, is a reality television show the best way to do it? ‘Everyone thinks I’m a lunatic for doing the show. At first my mum said, “Are you crazy?”’

I agree with her mum. Reality television, as everybody now knows, can make even the gentlest souls look like buffoons. Why do it? ‘I’ve been asked to do a reality TV show so many times. I was too young before and I didn’t really know what I was doing with my life. This offer came in and I thought, “I’m in a really good place and I know career-wise where I’m going, so why not let the cameras in?” I think there are so many misconceptions about me.’
She then goes on to spell these misconceptions out: that she is vacuous, stupid and spoilt. ‘It is hurtful when you’re constantly being put down. So I was like, “You know what? I need a right to reply.”’
Stupid and vacuous we can dispel right here; after all, Tamara has four A-levels at A grade, speaks three languages, and is both witty and self-aware.
The spoilt charge is harder to live down. The way she sees it, her dad worked hard for his money and has every right to give some of it to his children. It wasn’t her dad who landed her current modelling contract with lingerie firm Ultimo (in fact, she admits, he’s probably not too chuffed about it – after all, ‘it’s not nice to see your kids in their underwear’). Neither did he set up her haircare business or raise £600,000 for Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital by organising a fundraising ball last July.
Anyway, Tamara is 27 now, more than old enough to look after herself. Whatever her parents think, they don’t meddle.
‘They’re actually not overbearing psychopaths,’ says Tamara. ‘They have let me get on with my life. They’re confident I’ll be able to make the right decisions, so they’ve never really said to me, “Hell no, you’re not doing that.” The only thing they didn’t want me to do was drop out of university.’

Tamara, however, dropped out twice. ‘I think they realised telling me not to do something doesn’t work. I didn’t want to be there.’ Her dad got her a job on the sales floor at Armani on West London’s Brompton Road – on £12,000 a year. Then she enrolled on a TV presenting course. Her fluent Italian got her work as a presenter on Sky Sport Italia. Obviously the F1 connection helped – but a TV presenter who can’t present gets found out fast.
Tamara is currently dating 37-year-old stockbroker Omar Khyami and, although they’ve been together for little over a year, she talks about him as if she’s gearing up for the long term. (They were recently seen house-hunting in LA, where she was also promoting her TV show in meetings with top studios.) But has her parents’ split – they divorced in 2009 after 24 years of marriage – tarnished her own view on marriage?
‘It definitely does make you think about it – that maybe things don’t last for ever. I don’t want my parents’ divorce to make me cynical, but at the same time it was such a horrible thing to go through. I wouldn’t have wanted to put my children through that, but it happens. A lot of people have said to me it must be easier them getting divorced now I’m an adult, but I’m not sure that’s true. I sometimes think that because you’re so used to seeing your parents together, the shock of them not being together is so much greater.’
Her father now has a girlfriend, Fabiana Flosi, who at 31 is only a few years older than Tamara,
and initially she was reluctant to meet her. ‘I definitely have a better relationship with my dad now. I have to say that I am closer to my mum, whether or not that’s a girl thing or because she doesn’t have a partner, but there’s no bad feeling. I get it – my dad’s moved on, that’s fine.’
So does she have much of a relationship with Fabiana? ‘Not massively,’ she concedes, ‘I mean, my dad is very good about the fact that he can have a relationship with me that is separate from theirs and I respect him for that.’
Her parents’ divorce, she insists, is old news – especially since wedding bells have been ringing in the Ecclestone household. Her sister Petra’s ostentatious wedding to businessman James Stunt took place near Rome last month, with Tamara as maid of honour.
‘I still can’t believe that my 22-year-old sister, who I look at as a baby, is married and living in Los Angeles.’
Petra has bought the mansion in Beverly Hills built by the late Dynasty creator Aaron Spelling, which is renowned for having so many rooms that one of them is used solely for wrapping presents. (While in LA recently, Tamara’s boyfriend cheekily revealed that the property he and Tamara were looking for would make Petra’s ‘look like a guest house’.) Having moved in to such an enormous pad, Petra is plainly thinking of family. As the older sister by five years, Jane Austen novels would have it that Tamara must be getting broody, too.
‘Sometimes I feel fat or get a spot, sometimes I row with my mum
and I cry. I want people to realise we all have the same worries’
‘My sister’s so different to me. She wants a family, she wants babies, she’s a home person. I want that too, but I definitely want my career first. My boyfriend and I talk about getting married, I do want a family, but I wouldn’t want anything to take the shine off my sister’s year. Maybe next year.’
Petra’s Rome wedding sounded like the very height of romance. But marrying an Ecclestone gets a man several million more things than just a beautiful bride. Suffice to say that Tamara presumes a prenup will have been one of the wedding gifts.
‘I don’t want to speak on Petra’s behalf, but she’s smart, so I’m sure that (the prenup) is sorted. People have tried to suggest  things about James that are completely untrue, but he’s lovely. He’s not a gold-digger, he’s a businessman in his own right. Anyway, it’s not about that – I think that you should always protect yourself. I know people might say that’s unromantic but that’s just reality sometimes.’
Harsh old ‘reality’ again. Crumpled in front of me on the sofa with dog hair all over her, the ‘real’ Tamara Ecclestone, though still irrepressibly divine, looks very different to the primped and pampered princess as seen in the glossy mags. Will Tamara Ecclestone: Billion $$ Girl show every side?
‘Well, obviously I’m not editing the series, but I will say that it’s not scripted, it’s not fake. I couldn’t bear (the ‘augmented reality’ show) Made in Chelsea. It seems very staged. My show is completely different. People will be seeing me first thing in the morning, last thing at night and everything in between. Sometimes I’m very made up for a photo shoot, and sometimes I’m ill and look like a piece of s**t. Sometimes I feel fat, sometimes I get a spot, sometimes I have a row with my mum and I’m crying. I just wanted people to realise that we all have the same worries.’

She’s right, up to a point – we do all have some of the same worries. Not all of them, though. One worry Tamara will never have, for example, is how to pay the electricity bill. Truth is, she doesn’t really need to work at all.
‘But how dull would life be just doing nothing! I love going on holiday, but then I’m itching to get back because I’ve got so much going on with the show, with Ultimo, with my shampoos. I love being busy. My dad’s a workaholic. I’ve got that too.’
To keep her busy now there’s the renovation project – the house bought for her by her mother, who got hundreds of millions in the divorce settlement. Slavica has given her daughter a generous piece of prime real estate in Kensington Palace Gardens, one of the most sought-after roads in the country. ‘Basically, I know this is the house where I’m going to have my children and be there for ever, so I’m in the process of doing it up with that in mind. It’s a whole massive revamp – they’ve just started stripping everything out. They’ve said 14 months, though I don’t believe that. But it’s fine because I want to make it perfect.’
Once the walls that can be pulled down (the house is listed) have been, what Tamara calls ‘the fun stuff’ – picking the furnishings and ornaments – can begin. She is having LA-based interior designer Gavin Brodin flown in to help.
‘The thing I want most is a garden. At the moment I don’t have one, so I can’t wait to enjoy the one in my new house. It’s going to have a fire pit and a barbecue and be a great outdoor space for my dogs.’

Inside, the look she’s going for is ‘comfortable, but not gaudy in any way. No gold taps. Gavin and I will be going on [buying] trips around the world. We are going to Paris for Maison & Objet [an upmarket international interiors fair] and then he’s taking me to Italy to look at different things. I don’t want this project to be a case of, “All right Gavin, you go and pick it.” I want to be part of the process. And that’s not all she has her sights on. One statement acquisition that is currently being sourced from the Amazon is crystal for a £1 million bathtub. ‘And there’s so much that I want in terms of art. There’s a Tracey Emin: it’s basically of a girl in a dress surrounded by all this money [Emin’s I’ve Got it All, 2000] and to me the dress means more than the money. I really want that somewhere in the house.’
She hasn’t bought the picture yet, but she knows that won’t be a problem, assuming Charles Saatchi is open to offers: it’s in his gallery.
The house will also contain ‘a massive dressing room. Mirrors everywhere, so I can see how fat my bum looks before I go out and have it written about in the papers!’ she says, rolling her eyes. ‘Basically the dressing room is key to me, that’s definitely my favourite room in the house. My clothes are very important to me.’
That much is evident when it comes to her wardrobe. ‘I have loads of designers I love – Alaïa, Julien Macdonald, Christian Louboutin and Jimmy Choo for shoes. However, I also like shopping on the high street – I love French Connection, they do great dresses.’
The dressing room will also have to find space for her collection of over 200 handmade Hermès Birkin bags. They start at £4,200 each, with some worth as much as £80,000. Yet Tamara insists they are not just a rich girl’s baubles. ‘My mum says it’s an amazing collection and one day
I can put it in Christie’s – so it’s not something I’ll ever lose money on. I do look at things like that.’
The question is whether seeing all of this on TV – the huge house, the Birkin bags, the five dogs, the staff – will improve anyone’s perception of Tamara Ecclestone. Will the really big construction project – her image – ever get finished?
‘People think that I’m not driven, that I’m not motivated to make my own way in life, that I’m just content to live off my dad’s money. It’s a shame that a lot of people’s opinion of me seems to be so negative. Maybe that will change. Maybe as I get older, people will take me more seriously and realise that I am trying to be a businesswoman in my own right, and give back, wherever I can.’

Two and a half hours late, but Paris Hilton, styled by Rocky S and dressed in a peach off-shoulder Malini Ramani dress, still managed to wow the Indian media with her frank answers and eagerness to pose for the shutterbugs at the launch of her line of handbags and accessories with much fanfare at a suburban hotel on Saturday.

Her global range of handbags and accessories will be available at standalone stores across India, in the next two years.
Abhinav Kumar, CEO, of the firm that handles her brand, told the press, the bags would be 'affordable' at Rs 2,000 to Rs 12,000.
When asked what Paris plans to do during her three day stay in Mumbai, he revealed, "She wants to go and take a look at the city, but we don't know if time will permit that."

The media-savvy fashionista greeted the Indian media with a mandatory 'namaste India' and raved about Indian hospitality and warmth. She diplomatically dismissed rumours of appearing on a talk show with Karan Johar, and of actress Kangna Ranaut being her brand ambassador. "Every time I travel to a new place, people like to make up stories. I don't pay much attention to such rumours. Most of them are untrue. I wish I could do the talk show, but I really don't have time. I am here on a short trip only to promote my brand. Maybe next time."
Although Hilton said she might do a Hindi film if presented with the right opportunity, she denied any plans of bringing her reality show, BFF, to India.
When asked what she would take back from the trip, she responded with a typical, "I will take back good memories for my friends who have never been to India, and a few saris, bindis and jewellery. I also love yoga. I have been doing it for four years." Big surprise there.
Designer Rohit Bal may have said Hilton plays it safe with fashion, but the diva herself feels otherwise. "I have fun with style. I don't like to copy people. I like being a trend setter," she said.
And, yes, she loves her name. "I was not born in Paris. My mom had three options and she settled on this name. I love my name. It's very unique. I even have a best friend named India."
The socialite, actress, model and businesswomen said she enjoys everything she does, but likes being an entrepreneur the most. According to the socialite, she will soon launch her 13th perfume, open new handbag stores all over the world, more hotels, and even "write a book".
All not well?
Meanwhile, although hotel authorities took Hilton's love for the colour pink to another level by organising the food spread (candy floss, cookies, donuts, lollypops, cakes and pastries) at the press conference in the colour, as well as the flowers, curtains and lights in her room, an insider informed us that Hilton was not pleased with the arrangements.
Hilton was supposed to be flown from the airport to the hotel in a helicopter, and taken to a charity event. Since that couldn't be arranged, the charity event was cancelled.
Hotel authorities, however, denied the news. "Paris couldn't attend the charity event because she had to cut short her trip by one day. She is leaving on the night of September 26, as she is supposed to attend an event in the US."

She recently revealed she 'just walked away' from her husband Tareq to be with the guitarist, who she still had feelings for after they had a relationship 15 years ago.
And she does not seem to regret abandoning her eight-year marriage to be with the musician she briefly dated in the 90s.
In fact, the 46-year-old was seeing Schon and her estranged husband at the same time, but claims she chose Salahi for a 'less stressful' life.
She said: 'I chose Tareq over Neal because I thought life would be less stressful living on a vineyard in Virginia.
'Life on the road with a rock band... well, I thought I might not have been able to keep up.'
But despite the decision, Michaele still had feelings for Neal and had been communicating with him secretly via text 'for a while'.
Following their secret communications, Neal eventually questioned their future by quizzing Michaele, 'Are we going to do this forever?'
She said: 'I began to see he really loved me. I had to begin to feel it completely - in my soul.'

'I have tennis shoes on and she's, like, nine feet tall over me.
'And she looks down at me like she's standing on stilts and says, "I love YOU. And, that's never gonna change."
'And when that happened I said, "Get over here! This has taken 15 years!"'

Tareq, 43, has accused Michaele of being 'a groupie slut.'
The winery owner told E! news that she once claimed to hate the rock star lifestyle, yet went against her word to run off with the 57-year-old musician.
He said: 'She always told me she never wanted to be associated with that... Michaele going on a tour bus with a rock band, that's what a groupie slut does.'

Tareq also claimed that he only realised the extent of her betrayal with family friend Schon, who they have both known since 1995, when he received what he claims was a lewd picture of the guitarist on their company email.

On September 13, Tareq reported his wife missing and believed she had been kidnapped but later learned his wife was actually in Memphis, Tennessee with the guitar prodigy.
He has since officially filed for divorce citing adultery and abandonment.
Under the terms of their prenuptial agreement, if the Real Housewives star commits adultery she automatically loses her right to any money or property the couple may have accumulated during their eight year marriage.
However the vineyard owner's business empire is in trouble, and two of his ventures have filed for bankruptcy.

“Sex scenes are great,” Seyfried explains in the new issue of W magazine. “A lot of my costars have been sexy guys my age, and so, why not? I’m not going to pretend it’s not fun.
Seyfried stars with Justin Timberlake in “In Time,” where her character his kidnapped by a man played by the teeny-bopper turned serious actor.
“Justin was great,” says Seyfried of the pair’s sexy scenes. “He had come from doing ‘Friends with Benefits,’ where he basically had sex every day at work–and so it was easy for both of us. We just kind of got it on, and then were like, ‘That was good!’”
The gorgeous blonde also enjoys her sex scenes with the ladies.

DEMI Moore has put her body on the line - literally - to support husband Ashton's Kutcher's new Two And A Half Men ad campaign.
The 48-year-old actress posted a semi-nude photo of herself on Twitter with the caption, "remember ... you've got your own back."
Moore's semi-naked picture coincides with Kutcher's new "All Will Be Revealed" campaign for premiere of the sitcom on September 19.
In the self-taken pic, Moore poses in the bathroom wearing only thick, black-framed glasses. Her bare back is visible from the waist up insinuating that she is completely naked.
The only explanation the star offered for posting the cryptic message was to "remember to be your own best friend to find light & protection from within yourself."
It's not the first time Moore has dared to post such a revealing image on the social networking site.
12 months ago the mother-of-three posted a shot of herself in sunglasses and a skimpy bikini, again in her bathroom.
Kutcher, who is replacing sacked star Charlie Sheen on the sitcom, recently appeared on the season premiere of TV chat show Ellen also seemingly naked.
"We're going to start pretty soon, so maybe you want to change?' the 50-year-old talk show host DeGeneres asked Kutcher after spotting his nudity backstage.
His response: "Oh no, I'm ready. This is it. (The Two and a Half Men ad) is getting a lot of attention, so I just figured I'm going to do everything nude from now on."
The body-confident couple celebrate their sixth wedding anniversary on September 24.
Moore will next star in thriller Margin Call which also stars Zachary Quinto, Jeremy Irons and Kevin Spacey.

AUSSIE beauty Scherri-Lee Biggs is caught in the middle of a drama-filled Miss Universe pageant.
The leggy 21-year-old has been told her satin evening gown is offensively "see-through" and her bikini way too sexy.
As well as covering up, Biggs has been ordered to make her bikini bottoms larger to ensure it holds everything in place when strutting the catwalk.
Ranked third in the US betting market at 14/1, Biggs is not the only contestant feeling the heat - organisers have put a blow torch on Miss Colombia, warning her: "Don't forget your underwear."
Catalina Robayo, one of 89 global glamorous women competing for the title on Tuesday night in Sao Paulo, Brazil, has been reprimanded for making appearances in tiny skirts with no pants.
"It's upsetting too many people," she was told.
Biggs has brushed aside her dress drama, declaring: "I'm super-excited about the final and just having heaps of fun with all the girls at rehearsals.
"Keep your fingers crossed for me Australia!"
The organisers of this year's pageant have set strict fashion rules.
The official swimsuit sponsor has been instructed to make the bikini bottoms larger because they didn't meet requirements.
"I do think it's a bit silly Scherri may have to alter her dress as it covered a lot more than the bikini," said Kooey designer Nikki Silverthorne, who designed her costume.

Clooney's new flame Stacy Keibler, is a former WWE wrestler, known as "The Legs of World Championship Wrestling" for her unusually long pins.
The pair made their first public appearance together at the Toronto Film Festival to promote his new flicks The Descendants and The Ides Of March, which he co-produced, co-wrote, directed and starred in.
The almost twenty year age gap didn't seem to phase Kiebler either, who said could sum up what she loved about Clooney in just one word.
"Everything!" the former Dancing With The Stars contestant told People magazine.
During her time on the reality show, judge Bruno Tonioli nicknamed her "The Weapon of Mass Seduction" because of her beauty and long legs.
The 50-year-old Oscar-winner and his new squeeze, 31, were snapped leaving a party together in the wee hours of Sunday morning - putting to rest any rumours that the new pairing was already kaput.
Keibler is a far cry from Clooney's previous girlfriend, Italian model Elisabeth Canalis, - with whom he split with in June.

And when one fa  thanked her for motivating her to work off her own baby weight she replied: 'awesome let's do it together. I could use the motivation as well.'

She even explained that she had received medical advice that it would be beneficial to hit the gym to help her get back on he feet.

The Dark Angel star said: 'My doc told me I could start after 2 weeks. I'm going light, stationary bike and elliptical.'
